I’m using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 right now and I want to upgrade programs. I love Photoshop and I’ve worked with CS2 and really liked it (Really loved the actions in CS2 ) but there are SOO many programs out there so I’m looking for some advice on which program I should go with. I am looking for a program that isn’t crazy expensive, is user friendly and that I can use to digital scrapbook, edit home and professional photography, add “glitters” to images, create digital kits etc…

If you could tell me the program you suggest and why (if there is another that has the actions option also), or why you wouldn’t recommend some programs that would be great!!
Could you please be sure and tell me WHY you like the programs you suggest. For example: you can do glitters, you can easily touch up photos etc..
